All UK mainland standard delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail.
This delivery option can take between 2-5 working days.

We offer free UK Standard delivery for all orders within the UK over £75!

UK Next Day Delivery: £10 (ORDER BEFORE 12PM)
All next day delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail. These must be signed for, as parcels will not be left outside or with neighbours.
A calling card will be left if the recipient is not available to collect the parcel.

Any order received before 12pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (excluding bank holidays) will arrive before 5.30pm the following working day. Any order received after 12pm will not be despatched until the next working day.

Any order received on Friday before 12pm will arrive before 5.30pm on Monday, the following working day. Please note, it will NOT arrive on Saturday. All orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday (excluding bank holidays) for delivery on Tuesday at the earliest.

European Delivery: £15
We also provide an European Delivery service. These parcels are sent via the Royal Mail.

European delivery is available for the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Lithuainia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Please note that Fred and Pickles does not accept responsibility for additional taxes or duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.

Please note that some larger or heavier items are unable to be sent to Europe.

Visit www.royalmail.com, click on the Track and Trace option and enter the tracking number that you can get from us if you email us at: [email protected].

For European Delivery
Unfortunately we are unable to offer order tracking at this time.
If you would like more information on your order, please email us at [email protected], with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number. Please allow 5 working days before querying your order.

 Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Wrapping

 We all know that sometimes we are just too busy to get to the shops in time for that urgent pressie. Never fear! At Fred and Pickles we can post your gift direct to the lucky recipient - just choose their delivery address and you can be confident it will arrive impeccably wrapped and packaged!

All Fred and Pickles products come wrapped in our bright pink colour coordinated tissue paper as standard.
For an extra cost of £1 we will gift wrap your product in our bright pink wrapping paper.
